We are aware of potential intermittent delays affecting voice calls to sip.telnyx.com, (US Region only), which started at approximately 16:00 UTC today. A change was made at 16:20 UTC to help mitigate the issue. Calls are completing normally now. Our telephony engineers are continuing to investigate the root cause. At this time, we're continuing to monitor traffic to ensure stability.

Our telephony engineers have continued to monitor and confirm outbound call completion to sip.telnyx.com has been stable since 16:20 PM UTC. A root cause is still being determined at this time. We will update this status page when that information becomes available.
